Sri Raghavendra Educational Society has been established in the year of 1982 founded by Shri. S.Shankar Goud and Co, which was affiliated under Osmania University (Now Mahatma Gandhi University). First we started Sri Raghavendra Junior College in the year of 1982 i.e., 1982-1983 first academic batch and it is an aided (1991-1992) college right now. Later we started Sri Raghavendra Degree College in the year of 1989 i.e. 1989-1990 academic year. Sri Raghavendra College Of Education B.Ed started in the year of 2007 & Sri Raghavendra College Of Education D.El.Ed started in the year of 2012.
To transfer knowledge, through diverse kind of enlightening educational methods, our objective is not to develop only student in academic aspects but also we assure to groom each student personally, physically, mentally, spiritually and technically which build up their individuality to adopt a disciplined lifestyle with moral and ethical values to survive in the society.
Innovation of new methods and techniques in education system and stimulate them to participate in all the activities, we make and wake the students to know the hard realities and opportunities in this highly competitive scenario. We guide them to achieve their supremacy; we train them hard to acquire the skills needed for their best achievement.
The college got scholarships facility to the eligible candidates of schedule castes, schedule tribes and backward classes through sanction from social welfare department, government of Telangana. The eligible candidates have to apply with in the stipulated date. To be eligible for scholarship, the income of the parent/guardian should not exceed the limit as mentioned.
